  • 4 to 6 beef short ribs
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 green bell peppers, diced


  1. Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees F.
  2. Mix together the apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
