  • 2 pounds lean ground beef

  • Green and red bell pepper, chopped; 2 tbsp for each.
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tsp light brown sugar
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, additional for sprinkling
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste


1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
