  • All-purpose flour: 3 tablespoons
  • Beef broth or stock: 1 cup
  • Sour cream: 1/2 cup

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Season the prime rib roast generously with salt and pepper. Heat a large oven-proof skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
