5 tablespoons milk
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9×13 inch baking pan.
2. Sift together the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder. Add milk, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in 1/2 cup melted butter. Pour batter into prepared pan.
3. Beat 1 cup softened butter, 1 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, and cinnamon together in a large bowl until smooth. Drop by spoonfuls over the batter in the baking pan. Swirl the top layer into the bottom layer with a knife to create a marble effect.
3. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over batter.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out nearly clean
5. Combine glaze ingredients were mixed; spread over warm cake.
