  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise (or Dukes)
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh ground black pepper


  • In a small bowl: Mix the ketchup, mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
  • Cover and keep refrigerated until ready to use.


  • Thickness: To avoid making the sauce warty, add water while combining the ingredients, and pour it gently. Try adding additional mayo if you want the dish to be thicker.
